The lobby doors open 60 minutes prior to curtain. Doors into the house (seating area) open 30 minutes prior to curtain.
Electronic Devices (cell phones, pagers, beepers, MP3 players)
Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers. Unless stated, recording and photography is allowed. Please keep in mind that flash photography is normally prohibited for certain performances. If you have questions regarding a specific event, go to the event’s page.
Food and Beverages
To help keep the auditorium and seating areas clean, we expressly prohibit bringing any type of food or beverage into the auditorium. If you bring in any items, you will be asked to dispose of (or have an usher) dispose of the item for you.
Guests arriving late will be seated at the discretion of house management. We make every attempt to begin each performance on time.
Lost and Found
Lost items may be claimed at the box office immediately following the performance. You may also call (920) 825-7311, ext. 320 if you have lost an item.
By your purchase of a ticket and attendance at an event, you give auditorium staff or volunteers consent to take pictures of patrons for use in marketing and promotional materials only (website, newspaper articles). If you do not wish to have your picture or likeness used, please inform auditorium staff.
Restrooms are located in the lobby and adjacent areas near the auditorium. A family restroom with changing table is also available. All restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
Smoking and Tobacco Use
The Southern Door Community Auditorium and entire Southern Door County Schools property is strictly smoke free.
Please be courteous
During the performance, talking, coughing, rustling of paper, and noise from digital watches and other devices disturb performers and members of the audience. Please help us to ensure guests and performers enjoy shows free of distractions.
