The SDCA Box Office is located just off Highway 57 at 2073 County DK, Brussels, Wisconsin, on the campus of the Southern Door County School District. It is open one hour prior to all scheduled performances. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office, by calling 920.493.5979 or by going to our online ticketing system.
Credit Card Payments: If using a credit card to pay for your order, please be aware that the charge will appear on your credit card statement as “ShowTix4U.”; it will not appear as the Southern Door Community Auditorium.
Online ticket sales: the option to purchase your tickets online ends six (6) hours before the scheduled curtain time. After this, please purchase tickets in person at the box office.
Ticket Policies
*All persons–regardless of age–must have a ticket. Only one person may occupy a seat. Out of respect to other patrons, babies or young children may not sit on a parent’s lap.
*The SDCA does not cancel its programming due to inclement weather. No refunds will be issued.
*To pick up tickets that have been placed in Will Call, you are required to present a valid driver’s license or ID and the original credit card used to purchase the tickets.
*If paying by personal check, a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID must be presented.
*If wheelchair-accessible seating is requested, please inform the box office at the time you place your order. You can call either 920.825.7311, ext. 320 or 920.493.5979.
